Next stops: London and Rota (Spain)....

After recovering from the wedding, we are heading of to London. And the weather is with us.. London can be a very warm place in the summer, if it doesn't rain.

The following pictures show some of the highlights of this world city during our 2 day stay.

And after spending some time in London, we are ready for some nice warm weather in the south of Spain...Rota.

Rota is about an hour away from Sevilla, at the coast. This beautiful town is growing quickly, and tourists seem to start finding this place. And who blames them. It has all what someone needs when looking for a relaxed vacation, at a sunny beach, with a glass of sangria, or cool beer, enjoying life. And of course, a big thank you to Chano, Maria and their 2 boys for welcoming us in their village.

Oh, and we went to see the bull fighting. At first, it was not my cup of tea, but strangely I started to enjoy it. One must be really prepared when entering a ring of bulls!

Here I am again....

I know it has been a while since last blog, but here I am again.

The summer is over (even in Connecticut), and I am getting ready for the winter....in Norwalk.
Indeed, I have said goodbye to the apartment in Stamford, and moved 10 miles more north to Norwalk.

But before I tell you all about the move and home improvements, some pictures from this summer.

The Wedding....

First stop on the all European tour was Brussels, for the wedding of the year. It's amazing, it already seems ages ago that we attended Maggie & Quique's wedding on a beautiful weekend in Brussels.

At the same time, it was a big reunion with all my friends from Brussels, Spain, and... Dallas!

And it all started with the pre-wedding dinner/drinks with fellow American Judy.

And this was only a good omen of what was coming next day: a gorgeous wedding..The gods were smiling that day...
